Trena Depel

Trena Depel, MS, joined Thermedical® in 2014. Ms. Depel has over 20 years of experience commercializing medical devices in venture, private, and IPO funded endeavors in the United States and abroad. She has functional expertise in regulatory and clinical affairs and quality assurance and has led research on, and obtained product approvals worldwide for devices including Class II surgical instruments, Class III interventional cardiology/radiology catheters, and Class III active implantable medical devices (cochlear and middle ear implants). She has navigated product approvals in all of the world’s major markets. Ms. Depel was COO at Arcadia Medical, VP of Clinical Marketing & Regulatory Affairs at Baxano and held positions of increasing responsibility at Sanarus Medical and Perclose / Abbott Vascular in quality, regulatory, and clinical.
