Alessandra Tosti

Alessandra Tosti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the MS&T & Engineering Head at Thermo Fisher Scientific since March 2019, Alessandra has also held roles such as Sr Manager for PM and Process Engineering, Site Engineering and Capex Manager, and Process Engineering Head for mRNA Vaccine initiatives. Prior to this, Alessandra worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as Site Engineering Head for a brief period and spent nearly five years at Shire, advancing from Plant Engineering Manager to Head of Engineering. Additionally, Alessandra has held the position of Head of Engineering at Sanquin and was a Maintenance Supervisor at Baxter International Inc. from February 2010 to January 2014.
