Carly Lubic is a seasoned visual designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various channels. Currently, as a Senior Visual Designer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Carly spearheads high-impact marketing and digital asset creation while ensuring brand integrity and enhancing customer experiences through human-centered design. Previously, Carly held key roles as a Senior Consultant and Creative Designer at TiER1 Performance, and contributed to projects for The Hershey Company as an Associate Designer.
