Jeff Schuster

Jeff Schuster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Senior Staff Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific since September 2016. In this role, Jeff leads initiatives within the Operations Transformation Office, focusing on factory resource optimizations, talent development, and sustainability goals. Prior experience at Thermo Fisher includes roles such as Global Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for Beam Technology, where Jeff coordinated new product introductions and harmonized manufacturing practices.
