Kras Naya Frialde has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior roles include Senior Director and Human Resources Director for Asia Pacific at PPD, as well as Associate Director for Southeast Asia and HRIQ Asia Pacific. At Kaisa Consulting, Kras held the position of Senior HR Manager for the Philippines and Vietnam, along with various roles in human resource management.
