Kyle Ross

Kyle Ross is an experienced professional with a strong background in business transformation and program management within the scientific and diagnostics sectors. Since joining Thermo Fisher Scientific in April 2013, Kyle has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Business Transformation Organization, where responsibilities involve leading complex initiatives that support the Specialty Diagnostics Group. Previous roles encompass directorship positions in Global Lifecycle Program Management and Life Cycle Management for both Niche Diagnostics and the Biomarkers Business Unit, focusing on growth and market penetration. Kyle started a career at Life Technologies, contributing to supply planning and the implementation of ERP automation tools. Additionally, experience includes project management in nonprofit settings and teaching abroad with the Peace Corps. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
