Matthew Sudduth

Matthew Sudduth is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within major corporations. Currently serving as Vice President of the Integration Management Office and Vice President of Finance for the Specialty Diagnostics Group at Thermo Fisher Scientific since January 2017, Matthew previously held several high-level finance positions at the same company from 2004 to 2015. Prior to Thermo Fisher, Matthew was the Chief Financial Officer at Enclara Pharmacia and had a significant tenure at GenTek Inc., leading the Corporate Finance group through a $1.1 billion Chapter 11 reorganization. Matthew's early career included roles in mergers and acquisitions at Latona Associates and as an Equity Analyst at Mark Asset Management. Matthew holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Bates College.
