Mayank Gupta

Mayank Gupta is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Thermo Fisher Scientific since October 2024, Mayank manages indirect spend in Product Services and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) categories for North America. Previously, Mayank held various leadership roles at Honeywell from April 2013 to October 2024, including Americas Sourcing Leader for HPS Projects, where responsibilities encompassed defining strategies for project wins and ensuring program execution. Throughout the tenure at Honeywell, Mayank achieved significant working capital improvements, led a global sourcing team, and introduced performance metrics and tracking tools across multiple manufacturing sites. Prior experiences include roles at Textron Specialized Vehicles, Tata Communications, and Tech Mahindra, with a solid educational foundation comprising an MBA in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University.
