Michael R. Murphy, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of product support and technical management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Support at Thermo Fisher Scientific since August 2021. In this role, Michael leads a team focused on technical assistance, service training, process improvement, and product retirement management, while collaborating with Product Marketing and Research and Development to create future-generation support-focused products.
