Nelson Chai

Nelson Chai currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Chubb and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Chai holds the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee and is involved with the Nominating Committee. Previously, Chai was the Chief Financial Officer at Uber and held various executive positions including President and Chief Executive Officer at The Warranty Group, President and CEO of CIT Group Inc, and Executive Vice President and CFO at both Merrill Lynch & Company and NYSE Euronext. Chai's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Chai served on the Board of Overseers for the University of Pennsylvania's School of Arts and Sciences and was a board member for the US Fund for UNICEF.
