Pedro Llamas Galilea

Pedro Llamas Galilea is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries with extensive experience in commercial operations and business management. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Operations for API Global & Spray Drying at Thermo Fisher Scientific since September 2017, Pedro has previously held various leadership roles in both Thermo Fisher and Patheon, focusing on multi-customer products and own API markets. With a strong foundation in process engineering and project management from DSM Pharma Chemicals, and research expertise in R&D project leadership from DSM Anti Infectives-Deretil, Pedro combines technical knowledge with strategic business acumen. Educationally, Pedro holds a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry and multiple Master’s degrees in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Huelva.
