Renu Balyan

Renu Balyan, PhD, currently holds the position of Scientific Lead for Asia Pacific at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a role commenced in July 2025, following a tenure as Scientific Liaison at Olink Proteomics from October 2023 to July 2025, where Renu led Scientific Affairs activities in the region. Renu has contributed as a Guest Editor for JoVE and holds a position on the Editorial Board of Frontiers, overseeing editorial functions for both Frontiers in Aging and Frontiers in Immunology. Previous experience includes roles at Tessa Therapeutics Ltd as Manager of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, and as a Senior Scientist in Product Development. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Life Sciences (Immunology) from the National Institute of Immunology and a joint degree in Medical Affairs from Duke-NUS Medical School.
