Robert Najim

Robert Najim currently serves as the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Supply for the Clinical Sequencing Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, beginning in February 2024. In this leadership role, Robert is tasked with developing procurement strategies and optimizing supply chain operations. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain Advisory Services at SSA & Company, where the focus was on transforming supply chain and inventory management solutions. Additional experience includes working as a Strategic Sourcing Consultant for The Hershey Company and as Director of Global Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing for Resolve Surgical Technologies, overseeing key supply chain processes. Robert holds an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BS in Accounting and Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
