Ruby R. Chandy

Ms. Chandy has been a director of the Company since March 2022. She served as President of the Industrial Division of Pall Corporation, a leading supplier of filtration, separation, and purification technologies from April 2012 to November 2015. Previously, Ms. Chandy held leadership positions with several companies, including The Dow Chemical Company, and Rohm and Haas Corporation. She currently serves on the boards of Dupont de Nemours, Inc. and Flowserve Corporation.
