Shaun Eckerle

Shaun Eckerle is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of St. Louis Biologics at Thermo Fisher Scientific since October 2017. Prior roles include Senior Director of Operations and General Manager of Viral Vector Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific, as well as Director of Commercial Operations and Senior Manager of Clinical Operations at Patheon from September 2014 to October 2017. Shaun's expertise includes overseeing clinical operations in a biologics contract manufacturing organization, and prior positions held include Senior Principal Scientist at Gallus BioPharmaceuticals and roles at Centocor Biologics, LLC, and the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory, focusing on process development and diagnostic testing. Shaun Eckerle holds a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
