Shiraj Kasmani

Shiraj Kasmani is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director for APAC Data & Automation and Middle East IT at Thermo Fisher Scientific since November 2016, Shiraj plays a key role in shaping the digital and eCommerce strategy for these regions. Prior to this, Shiraj was Head of Global Transformation Delivery at Novartis Healthcare Private Limited, where responsibilities included planning and executing transformation projects, leading multi-vendor teams, and achieving significant program outcomes. Additional roles at Novartis included Senior Global IT Program Manager and Head of IT, focused on large-scale global programs and redefining the IT function as a business partner. Early career experience includes IT Management at Roche Diagnostics India Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications encompass a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus, a certificate in Leading Global Projects from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai.
