Tim Coughlin

Tim Coughlin is an experienced compensation and benefits leader with a comprehensive background in total rewards management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Compensation at Thermo Fisher Scientific since February 2016, Tim oversees reward programs for over 50,000 employees. Prior roles include Vice President of Total Rewards & HRIS at CHC Helicopter, where Tim was responsible for global total rewards strategy and interfacing with executive leadership, and HR Executive Director at Dell, managing compensation and benefits for the Asia/Pacific/Japan and Latin America regions. Tim's career began at American Express Company, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits strategies across multiple EMEA markets. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and further education from Singapore Management University.
