Jason Kalaygian

Jason Kalaygian is a Preconstruction Engineer at Thermo Systems since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jason served as a Mathematics Teacher at Uncommon Schools, where responsibilities included teaching AP Calculus BC and adapting lessons for online education. Experience as Project Manager at the University of Delaware involved leading a team in engineering a Langmuir Probe, while previous roles included positions as a Teaching Assistant and PASS Leader, demonstrating a strong background in educational support and leadership. Jason's early work experience includes a lifeguard position with Rehoboth Beach Patrol. Jason holds dual degrees in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the University of Delaware.
