Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips is a seasoned controls engineer with extensive experience in system design and automation. Currently serving as the Lead Control Systems Engineer at Thermo Systems since July 2022, Justin previously held the position of Control Systems Lead at JLL, where responsibilities included maintaining an automated material handling conveyor system and leading project teams. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at ProAutomated, where Justin advanced from Field Service Technician to Field Controls Engineer, showcasing expertise in troubleshooting, project management, and customer relationship building. Justin's early career involved roles in inventory management and document control, complemented by education in computer art and software engineering from SUNY Oneonta and Flatiron School.
