The executive team at Thermo Systems has a long history of experience in the energy industry. They have been board members of various organizations, including the International District Energy Association and The Microgrid Resources Coalition. They have also worked as sales and design consultants for companies such as Honeywell. In addition to their experience, they also have degrees in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Marine Engineering from State University of New York Maritime College.
