Kevin Fox is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Thermon Group. Kevin has over 8 years of experience in corporate business development and M&A.

Kevin started their career at GE in 2013 as a Senior Manager in Corporate Business Development and M&A. In this role, Kevin was responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating and closing acquisitions, divestitures or other strategic relationships for GE Transportation. Kevin was a key player in the negotiation and execution of the $11 billion merger of GE Transportation with Wabtec, creating a Fortune 500 leader in the global rail and transit market. Kevin also led the sell-side due diligence, valuation process and transition services negotiations for the $800MM sale of GE Signaling to Alstom Rail. In addition, Kevin completed two software and digital technology acquisitions to further advance GE Transportation Digital's software ecosystem for autonomous freight rail operations.

In March 2019, Kevin joined Thermon, Inc. as the Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, Kevin is responsible for executing the firm's inorganic growth strategy, managing Investor Relations and leading global Marketing activities.

Kevin Fox holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in finance and managing organizations. Kevin also holds a degree in history from Boston College.

They work with Thomas N. Cerovski - Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Ryan Tarkington - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Candace Peterson - VP HR. Their manager is Bruce Thames, President & CEO.
