Nikhil Dixit

Nikhil Dixit is a seasoned R&D Manager with extensive experience in engineering and product management. Currently at Thermon, Inc. since March 2020, Nikhil leads initiatives to enhance the Quality Management System framework and establish a PLM system for document control. Prior to this role, Nikhil served as a Product Portfolio Manager at National Oilwell Varco from January 2011 to March 2020, where a strategic transformational change project was led, alongside collaboration with global stakeholders. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Schlumberger, focusing on high-temperature shock and vibration testing, and designing high-pressure equipment. Nikhil's career commenced as an intern at Applied Materials and Patton Medical Devices. Nikhil holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Systems and Design from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering and Research, Pune.
