Rashmi Shinde

Rashmi Shinde is a Design Engineer at Thermon, Inc. since June 2022 and previously served as a Senior Engineer at Fuji Electric India Pvt Ltd from March 2019 to June 2022, focusing on product management and post-sales engineering, including the preparation of detailed engineering documents and Bill of Materials in SAP. Prior to that, Rashmi worked as a Project Engineer at Unique Engineers - India from August 2017 to February 2019. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from TSSM's Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering & Research, completed in June 2017.
