Cynthia Ortiz, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 12 years of experience in Human Resources. Cynthia began their career in 2008 as an HR Representative for Radisson. In 2012, they moved to Mrs. Fields Famous Brands as a Human Resources Manager. In 2016, they joined Blue Chip Group as Director of Human Resources and later as an HR Manager. Currently, they are a Sr. Director Human Resources at ThermoWorks, Inc. since 2020.

Cynthia Ortiz, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Cynthia also holds certifications from the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and from SHRM as a SHRM-CP.
