Carolina I. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carolina currently holds the position of Sr. Gaming Compliance Specialist at theScore, where they began in January 2023. Prior to this role, Carolina was a Sr. Gaming Licensing Specialist at the same company from February 2022 to January 2023, and a Compliance Specialist from September 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining theScore, Carolina worked at China Construction Bank Toronto Branch as a Senior Compliance Analyst from January 2020 to September 2020, and as a Compliance Analyst from October 2017 to January 2020.

Carolina also worked as a Law Clerk at Blakeney Henneberry Murphy & Galligan, where they were responsible for various legal tasks from April 2017 to October 2017.

In addition, Carolina worked at Sheridan as an Accessible Learning Peer Mentor, where they provided support and guidance to students with registered Accessible Learning needs from September 2016 to April 2017.

Carolina I. began their education journey by obtaining a High School Diploma from Kuper Academy in 2010. Carolina then pursued higher education at McGill University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English Literature. In 2011, they briefly attended York University, specializing in Management and pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree. Following that, Carolina enrolled at Sheridan College from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Diploma in Paralegal studies.

In addition to their formal education, Carolina has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they acquired their P1 License as a Licensed Paralegal from The Law Society of Upper Canada. Carolina also holds the title of Commissioner of Affidavits and Oaths from the same institution, although the specific dates of attainment are unknown. In 2019, they became a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) through ACAMS. Most recently, in October 2020, Carolina received the certification of Notary Public from the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.
