R. Ryan Driskel

R. Ryan Driskel has a strong background in software engineering and management. R. Ryan is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at theScore. Prior to that, they worked at BlockFi as an Engineering Manager, where they focused on engineering quality and engineer happiness while leading multiple teams. R. Ryan also developed processes for interviewing and onboarding engineers, and facilitated the creation of workflows to improve productivity and customer service.

Before their time at BlockFi, Driskel held the position of Director of Engineering at Dealer Inspire, where they managed multiple teams and coordinated hiring efforts. R. Ryan also played a crucial role in standardizing deployments and integrating API systems. R. Ryan acted as a Tech Lead and Senior Engineer during their tenure at Dealer Inspire as well.

Earlier in their career, Driskel served as the Director of Software Development at Dealer HD and worked as a Research Assistant at IIT AIRE, where they developed advanced ranking algorithms and systems for better searching and indexing. R. Ryan also gained experience as a Game Programmer at EA Software.
