Will Stephenson

Will Stephenson has extensive work experience in the sports betting industry. Will is currently working as the VP Risk & Trading at theScore since February 2022. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a Gibraltar Sportsbook/Trading Consultant from April 2019 to February 2022. In 2017, they worked as the VP Sportsbook at Addison Global Limited, where they were responsible for the entire Sportsbook vertical and successfully brought a new start-up live in 8 countries. Will also led the creation and implementation of the Sportsbook pricing and risk strategy. Before that, they served as the Head of Sports at Metric Gaming from April 2017 to November 2017. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Spreadex, first as the Head of Cricket/Senior Sports Trader and then as a Sports Trader. Will also worked at Ladbrokes as a Trading Support Manager from April 2007 to April 2008. Their career started at Spreadex in 2005 as a Sports Trader.

Will Stephenson attended the University of Exeter from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Economics.
