Samantha Katz

Samantha Katz has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Samantha currently holds the position of Director, Product Manager at theSkimm since 2023. Prior to this, Samantha worked at The New York Times where they served as a Senior Product Manager from 2019 to 2023 and as a Product Manager from 2017 to 2019. Before joining The New York Times, Samantha worked as a Creative Director / Product Manager at Citia - The Card Company for six years, where they played a crucial role in developing their atomic content system. Samantha also worked as a Designer at Milton Glaser Inc. in 2010 and as an Art Director at Giles Design Inc. from 2005 to 2009.

Samantha Katz holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Samantha also completed their Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Designer as Entrepreneur from the School of Visual Arts, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
