Kathleen Kiley has a long and varied work experience. Kathleen began their career in 1998 as a Digital Content Manager and Editor for KPMG US. Kathleen then worked as a Correspondent for The New York Times from 2000 to 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Sr. Copy Writer for R/GA. Kathleen then worked as a Contributing Blogger for CTwatchdog.com from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Fellow at the University of Connecticut. Finally, they have been the Sr. Communications Manager at Grace Farms Foundation since 2019. During their time at Grace Farms, they have been working to pursue peace through nature, arts, justice, community, faith, and Design for Freedom, a new movement to remove forced labor from the built environment.
Kathleen Kiley obtained a MA in New Media from New York University between 1998 and 2000. Kathleen also obtained a BS in Finance from Fairfield University between 1980 and 1983. Kathleen then obtained a MA in Journalism from New York University. Kathleen also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance, General from Fairfield University. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Organic Landcare Specialist from the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut, Incorporated.
