Monika Stonkute has extensive experience in corporate administration and legal affairs, currently serving as Head of Corporate Administration at TheSoul Publishing since December 2019, overseeing corporate matters and ensuring alignment across legal, finance, and corporate sectors. Prior roles include Corporate/Legal Administrator at Joannides + Co Limited, where responsibilities encompassed legal document preparation, financial reporting, and client liaison, as well as Legal & Tax Administrator and Legal Officer at Citco Corporate and Trust, focusing on company establishment and compliance. Monika began the career as a Lawyer at the legal bureau of Attorney V. Metelica, providing research assistance on lawsuits. Monika holds an MSc in International Security and Law from Syddansk Universitet and a Bachelor of Law from Mykolas Romeris University.
