Global Manager: Post-Sales Support at Theta Lake

Austin Tarver has worked for five companies, beginning with Dell in 2011. At Dell, they were a Workflow Coordinator, primarily responsible for coordinating and scheduling field techs and logistics for the Ascension Medical Group. In 2012, they joined Volusion as a Customer Concierge, addressing customer technical and support issues through phone, chat, and emails, as well as handling basic HTML and style template issues for e-commerce stores, diffusing irate customers, and providing general eCommerce information. In 2013, they moved to Socialware, where they held three roles: Product Specialist Team Lead, Senior Product Specialist, and Support Team Specialist. In 2015, they joined Proofpoint as an Escalation Manager - Digital Risk and Compliance and Support Engineer Supervisor - Digital Risk. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Global Manager: Post-Sales Support at Theta Lake.

Austin Tarver received their Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Mississippi College in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Baton Rouge Magnet High School.
