Alicia Palmisano

National Vice President- Extension at Theta Phi Alpha

Alicia Palmisano has a diverse work experience in the medical and physical therapy fields. Alicia started their career at Crescent City Physical Therapy in 2000, where they provided patient care, covered high school athletic training, and instructed pilates classes. Alicia then worked at Cincinnati Ballet as an athletic trainer, focusing on patient care and rehabilitation for both physical therapy patients and professional ballet dancers.

In 2006, they joined Dynasplint Systems, Inc. as a sales consultant, where they marketed Dynasplint to physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons. Alicia also fitted patients with splints and monitored their progress with the device. Alicia's most recent role was as the National Vice President of Extension at Theta Phi Alpha starting in 2018.

Alicia Palmisano earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Athletic Training from Southeastern Louisiana University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati, which they completed between 2004 and 2006.
