Sreng Tang

Sreng Tang is an experienced professional in human resources and data science, currently holding the position of People and Culture Analyst at Theta (NZ) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Sreng served as a Human Resources Project Specialist at ABA Bank for a brief period in early 2022 and worked as a Kitchenhand at Top Takeaways Limited from February 2020 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Training Admin Officer at ABA Bank in late 2019 and as a Human Resource Officer at Cambodia Asia Bank from October 2018 to June 2019. Sreng Tang is pursuing a Master of Applied Data Science at the University of Canterbury, with expected completion in October 2026, following the attainment of a Master of Management with merit in Human Resources Management from Massey University in November 2021.
