Krystal Belton

Krystal Belton has a diverse work experience in the field of compliance, human resources, and education. Krystal began their career at Harrison College in 2005, where they held various roles, including Director of Compliance, overseeing regulatory activities. In addition to their compliance responsibilities, they also served as an Online Instructor, focusing on the "Strategies for Success" course. In 2017, they joined Tangram, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources and Quality Assurance, where they ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintains quality assurance systems, and fosters a culture of commitment to service improvement.

Krystal Belton holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from Indiana Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution. Krystal also has an Associate's degree in Management from Indiana Business College. In terms of certifications, Krystal obtained an Indiana Real Estate Brokers License from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency in February 2016. Additionally, they are certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
