Ekaterina Pusacheva Schuster

Ekaterina Pusacheva Schuster has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Ekaterina began their career in 2009 as an Accountant for the Israel Defense Forces, where they were responsible for replying to complex inquiries on issues such as salary slips, fund management, pension rights, and labor laws. Ekaterina also replied to inquiries for soldiers at the highest ranks and was responsible for the ongoing management of soldiers. In 2012, they moved to the Israel Tax Authority, where they were an Assistant Tax Inspector. In this role, they analyzed financial statements and related documents of large enterprises in order to calculate tax liability, prepared material required for the legal department, and performed other tasks required by the inspector. Ekaterina also treated trade partnerships files of oil exploration companies. In 2015, Ekaterina joined EY as an Assurance - Hi Tech Industry Senior Auditor. In this role, they were responsible for auditing NASDAQ listed companies and private companies under US-GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli accounting standards, as well as directly managing two employees and over 10 clients. Finally, in 2018, Ekaterina moved to ThetaRay, where they held the roles of Director of Finance and Financial Controller.

Ekaterina Pusacheva Schuster obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting and American Environment with excellence from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2010 and 2014. Ekaterina then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management from 2019 to 2021.
