Ran Karlin has worked in a variety of roles over the past 14 years. From 2007 to 2010, they were an Event Manager at Taam Vatzeva, where they handled customers, managed suppliers, and supervised a staff of up to 50 members. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Tennis Coach, developing and implementing annual training programs and coaching adults and children to reach individual goals. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Project Manager at HI-I USA, managing the implementation of projects, reporting to the company's management, and consulting and providing guidance to the company's clients. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Ceragon Networks, responsible for developing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customers with full support. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at ThetaRay since 2023.

Ran Karlin received a Master of Education in Teaching from Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts in 2014, majoring in Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Communication from Sapir College in 2009, with a focus on radio.
