Romain Sarels

Romain Sarels is an experienced professional currently serving as Tribe Chief at theTribe since August 2021 and a Mentor for start-ups and entrepreneurs at Plug and Play Brand & Retail. Previous roles include Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant at EY Consulting, specializing in Strategy, Innovation, and Marketing. Romain has also held academic positions as a Coach for the MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at EDHEC and as a Lecturer at Université de Lille, where responsibilities included guiding students in their professional integration. Romain founded and served as CEO of Pubeco, a pioneering web-to-store service acquired by tiendeo in 2018, and has held various positions in innovation management and consultancy throughout a diverse career, beginning with a background in web and mobile app development. Romain holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance from ESCP Business School.
