Charlie Halshaw has held various positions in the customer service and hospitality industries since 2013. In that year, they began as Head Waitress at Moor and Pheasant. Charlie then moved to Crab and Lobster as a Waitress/Bartender in 2015. In 2016, they became a Conference and Events Bartender at QHotels. In 2017, they took on the role of North East Respiratory Account Manager at Flexicare (Group) Limited. Currently, Charlie is working at theUp.co (ServedUp/ChargedUp) where they have held the roles of Customer Success Lead, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Executive since 2021.

Charlie Halshaw has a three-tiered education history. From 2012 to 2014, they attended York College. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Leeds Beckett University, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. Currently, they are enrolled at The Open University, where they are pursuing a Masters degree in Forensic Psychological Studies.
