Gry Brandsnes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR development, organizational management, and innovative HR solutions. Since September 2019, Gry serves as the Head of HR Business Partner at TheVIT, focusing on creating value through HR development projects and analytics. Previously, Gry held various HR leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NORSK FORBUND FOR UTVIKLINGSHEMMEDE and Head of HR at Sens AS, where responsibilities encompassed change management and personnel management. Gry's early career included significant contributions at the Wilhelmsen Group as Global HR Solutions Director and HR Manager, as well as positions at IKEA and Telia. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oslo.
