Hanna Sande Jacobsen

Hanna Sande Jacobsen is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People and Competence and COO at TheVIT since September 2017. Prior roles include leading HR and organizational development initiatives, serving as a member of the board at Boligsameie Trondheimsveien 199, and working as a milieu therapist at Emmanuelfjell. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oslo. Additionally, Hanna has completed studies in Contemporary Art at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
