Reagan Dixon, MBA, has a diverse background in Human Resources and Talent Management. Reagan began their career in 2007 as a Staffing Coordinator for Spencer Reed Group. In 2011, they moved to Pinnacle Career Institute, where they held two positions, Student Success Coordinator and Career Services Coordinator. In 2013, they joined Securitas Security USA as an Employee Relations Manager, where they were responsible for new hire orientation, benefits administration, policy enforcement, documentation, employee relations, internal investigations, unemployment hearings, terminations, drug testing, and workers compensation. In 2016, they joined HCA MidAmerica Division as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and Employees at one or more HCA Facilities. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the National WWI Museum and Memorial as the Human Resources Director.

Reagan Dixon, MBA has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University (2015-2017), a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Columbia College (2008-2013), and a high school diploma from Blue Springs High School (1994-1997). Additionally, Dixon obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
