Brian Yong

Brian Yong is a Founding Chef and Culinary Lead at MìLà since April 2017. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Project Manager at Microsoft from March 2015 to January 2017 and as a Marketing Associate at TecAce Software Ltd. from March 2011 to March 2015. Brian obtained their education at the University of Washington from 2006 to 2010.
