Alasdair McWilliam

Alasdair McWilliam has a diverse work experience in the field of network management and design. Alasdair currently holds the position of Head of Hosting Networks at THG Hosting, starting in December 2019. Prior to this, they worked at William Hill in various roles, including Network Manager from April 2017 to November 2019, Network Architect from October 2011 to April 2017, and Network Designer from September 2010 to November 2011. Alasdair also had a brief stint as a Network Design Analyst at TSYS in 2010. Before that, they worked at William Hill as a Senior Network Services Analyst from April 2008 to June 2010 and as a Communications Analyst from October 2005 to April 2008. Throughout their career, Alasdair has demonstrated their expertise in developing network designs, implementing infrastructures, and providing technical leadership.

Alasdair McWilliam's education history begins with their attendance at South Axholme Community School from 1997 to 2002. After completing their secondary education, they pursued A Levels in Computing and Business Studies at John Leggott College from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they obtained a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) degree from North Lindsey College, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Lastly, they attended Leeds College of Technology's Network Academy from 2005 to 2007, where they completed their education with a CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) degree.
