Prior to this role, Richard held significant positions at Acheson & Acheson Ltd from February 2009 to November 2023, including Head of Technical Operations and Technical Manager. Richard's career also includes experience as Specialist Development Manager at LF Beauty (UK) Ltd from September 2007 to January 2009. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Plymouth.
