Veronika Spinka

Veronika Spinka is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Science at Thieme International since January 2023, leading the Science Business Unit. Prior to this role, Veronika held multiple positions at Springer Nature, including Director of Strategic Operations Open Access and Senior Open Access Manager, from January 2014 to December 2021. Veronika's career began at Springer Science+Business Media, where roles included Open Access Coordinator from June 2011 to December 2013. Veronika holds an MBA from SRH Riedlingen (2013-2016) and a BS in Mediapublishing from Stuttgart Media University.
