Madonna McLeod

Madonna McLeod is a training support coordinator at Thiess since April 2023, focusing on the establishment of the Mackay Work Readiness Centre and the New to Industry training program while supporting site training coordinators and the global training team. Previously, Madonna served as a senior contracts and performance officer at the Northern Queensland Primary Health Network from April 2022 to May 2023, and as a project manager and program developer at headspace from January 2020 to April 2022, where responsibilities included launching new locations and creating youth empowerment programs. Prior experience at PCYC Queensland from January 2016 to January 2020 involved community and youth development, during which award-winning programs were created, earning accolades such as the Premier’s Award and recognition at the NQ Training Awards.
