Woody is a Venture Partner at PVFO and LaunchCapital. He is a growth-stage specialist who has taken two $1B+ companies public, once as a CEO and again in the role of first investor. Woody has led investments and/or served on the BOD for 25+ companies, including 12 exits, serving as a trusted advisor and CEO coach. As the first investor in LogMeIn, Inc and long-term board member, Woody was instrumental in the growth of the company, its IPO, and sale for $4.3B in 2020. Previously, Woody was an operating executive for 20 years, including serving as CEO of MCK Communications, where he led the growth of the company and its IPO.
