Dayforce Analyst - College Graduates

Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide Dayforce consulting support for all aspects of the assigned Dayforce Projects.

About the opportunity The Dayforce Analyst is an entry level role in our consultancy practice. Successful applicants will participate in all stages of the software delivery lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support). Deliverable responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, configuring the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting, and managing customer expectations, learning consulting soft skills, and growing your knowledge of payroll and Human Resources applications.

What you'll deliver 

· Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to product functionality.

· Configure application to meet customer’s documented business requirements.

· Sit in on consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and learn the “tools of the trade”.

· Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

· Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance.

· Contribute to internal product initiatives.

· Attend and contribute to internal knowledge share session; review posted feedback on a continuous basis and ask & respond to questions.

· Participate in Continuing Education sessions.

· Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release.

· Approximately 80% billable utilization.

· Participate in vendor and TBP based trainings.

Skills and experience we value:

· A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field is preferred.

· Self-starter with a drive to “figure it out”.

· Demonstrated critical thinking through reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on findings.

· High level of integrity working with confidential client and customer data

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Desire to work with clients and manage priorities.

· Desire and ability to thrive as a detail-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision.

· Understanding of the software development life cycle.

· Strong collaboration and organizational skills.

· Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present findings, or translate into understandable documentation.

· Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and easily.

· Desire to successfully operate in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

· Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed (Up to 10% Travel Required)
