Jennifer Irwin

Jennifer Irwin has a comprehensive work experience in various human resources roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at THinK Best Practice. Prior to this, they founded Ignite Results - HR Consulting, Executive, and Career Coaching. Jennifer also held the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Emmanuel Convalescent Foundation. Jennifer has extensive experience in leadership and strategic HR roles, including serving as the Global Head of Talent/Human Resources at Ceridian and the Vice President of Human Resources & Communications at Allied Properties REIT. Additionally, they had significant responsibilities as a Senior Director at Loblaw Companies Limited and as a Director of Human Resources at Johnson Controls. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in talent management, cultural change, and organizational capability.

Jennifer Irwin has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Western University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
