Pablo Guzmán

Pablo Guzmán has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Pablo began their career as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in 1989. From there, they progressed to become the Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at InverMexico, Casa de Bolsa, where they handled various high-profile deals. Pablo then worked at Equity Group Investments as an Emerging Markets Investment Advisor, overseeing investments and conducting due diligence. Pablo Guzmán later joined Promecap as the Investments Director, where they originated and negotiated investment opportunities while also serving as the interim CEO of a footwear manufacturing company.

In 2000, Guzmán joined Accenture as a Senior Executive, leading the financial services market group and directing the management consulting service line. Following this, they took on the role of Managing Director at Indra, responsible for various businesses in the Mexican financial institutions market. Guzmán then worked at Deloitte as a Partner, leading the Strategy and Operations practice and playing a significant role in advising companies such as Pemex and the Mexican Stock Exchange on their strategic initiatives.

From 2014 to 2018, Pablo Guzmán served as the Management Consulting Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing the business's profitability, personnel development, and commercial strategies.

Presently, Guzmán holds the position of Director General Adjunto at ANFEXI BILLING TECHNOLOGIES, and starting in December 2022, they will take on the role of Managing Director for Mexico and Latam at THinK Best Practice.

Pablo Guzmán completed their primary education at Instituto Patria from 1970 to 1974. Pablo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac, graduating in 1984. Later, from 1987 to 1989, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
